Overview
- REX is a MATLAB-based toolkit for the fast extraction and exploration of response waveforms across large fMRI datasets.
- Key features include rapid navigation of the experimental hierarchy from group average down to individual voxel responses, user definable waveform preprocessing and statistics, extraction of settings from FSL and SPM, and the facility to simultaneously assess any number of ROIs.
